It's official! Cheryl Cole has been voted the world's best dressed celebrity....with a little help from Sass & Bide

Cheryl Cole's custom bodysuit, by Sass & Bide, in the music video for "3 Words", has seen her take the number 1 spot for the best dressed woman in the world, according to Glamour Magazine's best dressed women of 2010. Lady Gaga, Florence Welch and Anna Friel are new faces, while Rihanna makes second place, followed by Gossip Girls Blake Lively ''on the right side of the classy/trashy divide'' and Leighton Meester, and TV presenter Alexa Chung.

Pregnant Dannii Minogue is sixth, her highest ranking so far, but for the first time in the 8th Annual Glamour List sister Kylie doesn't make the top 50.

Last year's number two, supermodel Kate Moss, has slipped to seventh place, while Spice Girl turned fashion designer Victoria has fallen from third to eighth. Beyonce is ninth followed by Harry Potter actress and Burberry model Emma Watson in the list of the globe's style-makers. The 8th annual Glamour Best Dressed Women List 2010 - compiled from around 14,000 votes - appears with the May issue of the magazine.
