Forbes Magazine has released their annual Top Earning Models List, and for the first time in 3 years there's definitely a move up in their bank balances.
Why oh why do things just keep getting better for Supermodels? They have looks, clothes, parties...and it seems now, even more money than ever before. Forbes' definitive list of the world's highest paid supermodels revealed little change in the names, but their earnings showed the recession has not effected some. Gisele Bündchen, Heidi Klum, and Kate Moss took out the three spots, but thanks to out-of-the-office activities like TV programmes (Project Runway is executive-produced by Klum), product lines (Bündchen is a Pantene Shampoo star in Latin America), their net worth is growing. Bündchen alone made $20 million dollars more than last year, and combined, these top ten have increased their wealth by 30%. "Gisele Bündchen is clearly in a class by herself, and has been for a number of years," Edward Razek - chief marketing officer of Limited Brands, who worked with the supermodel during her Victoria's Secret career - told Forbes. "She's an international icon who can also move product - from shampoo to couture."
Here's the list and what the women are worth. Miranda Kerr who took some time off to have a baby was left off the list.
1. Gisele Bündchen, $45 million, Gisele is the face of Pantene, H&M, and also makes a boat load of money with her sandals line.
