Elie Saab show, Chantal Thomass revealed she has designed a line of iPhone cases The lingerie and techno-gadget worlds don’t often collide. But front row at the Elie Saab show, Chantal Thomass revealed she has designed a line of iPhone cases to be released for Valentine’s Day. Thomass' range includes glossy and rubber iPhone covers as well as velvet and vinyl cases, all in her signature black-and-pink, featuring lingerie themes such as lacing and bows. Thomass whipped out her own phone encased in a pink-and-black lace design. Down the row, Elsa Pataky said she had recently wrapped filming “Mr. Nice,” also starring Chloë Sevigny and Rhys Ifans. “Rhys was so much fun, I didn’t want to leave the project,” she sighed. Meanwhile, model-turned-actress Paulina Nemcova hinted she might have a project with Jude Law in the pipeline. “I haven’t signed yet, so I don’t want to tempt fate,” she said.

Other pairings between fashion and technology have resulted in fashion cell phones by brands including Dior, Armani, and Prada. Other designers, such as Gucci, Ralph Lauren, or Donna Karan, are increasingly discovering the mobile device through iPhone applications.
