Williamson dazzled attendees at his RTW Spring Summer 2011 show with jewelled party dresses and and multicoloured fringing.
Hot on the trail of Mercedes New York Fashion Week, London Fashion Week geared up on Friday with some of the hottest designers showcasing their Spring Summer 2011 collections - including Sass & Bide, Felder Felder, Hannah Marshall, Julien Macdonald and Matthew Williamson, at some of the most interesting venues around London.
Staking his claim to London's fashion crown by being the first ever designer to put on a show in the derelict Battersea Power Station, Matthew Williamson had all the ingredients in place - headline venue, Sienna Miller front row, and plenty of eye popping colour, jewelled party dresses and bank-breaking embellishment – for a triumphant show, according to vogue.co.uk.
