Rosemount Australian Fashion Week (RAFW) Spring Summer 2010/11 will take place from 2 – 6 May 2011 against the backdrop of Circular Quay. RAFW is Australia’s premier fashion industry event providing a platform for designers to showcase their collections to the world’s most influential buyers and media.

Rosemount Australian Fashion Week officially kicked off this morning with Zimmermann first of the ranks. Showcasing their 2011/12 Spring/Summer range, the designer duo's show is being held at a classic motorbike shop. The Zimmermann 2011/12 Cruise and Swim separates range will be available online at Sauvage from this July 2011. Also scheduled for today is veteran - Alex Perry, Bec and Bridge, Lover and Friend of Mine. 

Romance Was Born unofficially kicked off Rosemount Australian Fashion Week yesterday. Luke Sales and Anna Plunkett's collection was a highlight of RAFW last year, however this year they showed off-schedule. Several designers have opted for 'off-schedule' locations, with several swimwear designers such as Anna & Boy and Seventh Wonderland not taking part in the official schedule.
