Boudoir-inspired shapes and fabrics give a feminine touch to this season's wardrobe.
The last few seasons we have seen an emergence of feminine forms and fabrics once reserved for the bedroom, in our everyday and evening attire - from dresses to skirts, to the bra inspired top worn underneath a sleek blazer.
Lace seems to be the material of choice for many designers this season, and it’s a trend that looks set to continue for spring/summer 2010/11.
While sheaths of barely-there chiffon and feather-light organza create a spring/summer 2010 look that's as light as air. Too wispy? Graphic cuts and splashes of colour keep the mood contemporary.
