The 2010 fashion trend of western influences has brought a smile to faces as the modern interpretation of the wild wild west looked absolutely fabulous on the runways.
Go west in search of the new frontier glamour! It's a showdown between ruffles and rugged, frilly tulle and chunky turquoise. Designers stamped their brands with sexy fringe, studs, suede, and Navajo accessories this season - D&G touched on just about every western trend including suede fringe skirts, studded boots, ruffled sweetheart dresses, serious neck scarves, and worn down denim.
Whether you are a little bit country (or a little bit rock n' roll), every fashionista will benefit from some Western-inspired pieces this season. Okay, so cowgirl chic isn't exactly revolutioinary; many will agree that it was Sienna Miller who created a Western/Boho renaissance a few years ago. Those styles, which were typically limited to just summer wear, are now translating into fabulous fashions all year round.
Ready to take the reigns? Try a little fringing on your swimwear.
