It doesn't fit?

At Sauvage we understand that buying before you try (especially when it comes to lingerie and swimwear) can be tricky. To ensure you buy with confidence, we are happy to exchange or return your purchase and give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.

Please note the following limitations*:

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Sauvage and may only be refunded as a credit note.
  • We will not accept goods for return or exchange if they have been worn, unless they are faulty
  • Goods that have been laundered or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange or refund

Please make sure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done. In the instance that the garment was delivered to you with a protective adhesive strip, returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed.

What to do:

  • Request a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) within seven days of receiving your order by emailingcustomerservice@sauvage.com.au. When you e-mail us, please be sure to provide your invoice number and details for the style(s) you wish to return or exchange (including style number, brand, description and size)
  • Please state that the product is not the correct size.
  • We will send you a RAN along with the details of our REPLY PAID account. We will take care of return shipping costs and send you a replacement item with no additional charge for shipping.
  • Where possible please return the goods to us with a copy of your invoice. This will help to speed up the returns process.
  • Items should be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your RAN
  • We aim to process your return within 3 business days of receipt. Allow a few extra days for the exchanged item to be sent to you.
  • A full refund will be made to your original method of payment

Was the product unsuitable due to quality or fault?

Sauvage unconditionally guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any faulty items that you wish to return. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

  • Follow the same procedures outlined under "It doesn't fit?"
  • When you e-mail us, provide a brief description of the reason why you would like to return or exchange your purchase

Did we make a mistake?

Hey, we're not perfect... 
If we make a mistake with your order, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional charge for shipping. Just follow the same instructions indicated under "It doesn't fit?"

  • When you e-mail us, provide a brief description of the reason why you would like to return or exchange your purchase

Did you change your mind?

If you simply wish to exchange or return an item for any reason (see limitations above), you are responsible for return shipping charges, but we will ship you a replacement item with no additional shipping charge.

For example:

  • You decide you don't like the style or colour.
  • You decide you just don't want the item for whatever reason
